Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once fulfilled, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Currently we only ship within the US, but are working to offer shipping in additional countries.

Once your order is packed and accepted and the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also access this in your "Orders" section from your account page on Luxa Nutrition.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been filled. If the order you want to cancel has been filled, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

We offer a 14 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of Luxa Nutrition Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges).

Please allow 1-3 business days for your to be order processed and an additional 3-5 business days for the carrier to deliver your package.
