Return Policy
NO CASH REFUNDS
We offer a 14 day return for eligible items. Refunds are provided in the form of a Luxa Nutrition Gift Card, which exclude original shipping costs. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Luxa Nutrition reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– The items must be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of original purchase
– Items and packaging must be received in new condition
– The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
– Orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for return
– Packaging must include all original items
– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
– Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Exclusions to Refund & Exchanges:
- All beverages
- Limited-edition items
- We do not accept returns on purchases made through retail locations
- All orders placed using a discount, rewards points, or during a promotion (i.e. Black Friday promo, BOGO deals, etc.)
- Final sale items
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been filled. If the order you want to cancel has been filled, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
