All programs are ONE MEAL PLAN PER FOUR WEEKS (Meaning you will follow the same plan for 4 weeks straight and then be sent another to follow for the next 4 weeks). You will not receive a different meal plan for every single day or week. The meal plans are structured to eat the same meals for four weeks. This is important and necessary to have a good standard of fiber, sodium, and other nutritional intake. Otherwise, your scale will show the inconsistency and the meal plan will NOT work.
